The new sales system will enable myself and my agents to update and directly manage real estate and high end item profiles. We hope this system will add a great deal of ease of use for not only our staff but our clients as well.

Brokerage Vs Reselling
It's been brought to my attention that many consider the Brokerage of items to be the same or overly similar to Reselling.
The different in the two practices are very clear in that when an item is brokered, a seller and a buyer are brought together by the Broker with no money changing hands directly through the Broker.
Reselling on the other hand is for example when a potential client comes to me and says he wishes to sell an item. Lets say that item is worth 100,000 PED, but he is only asking 50,000 for it. As a Reseller, we would take advantage of the seller and purchase his 100k valued item for 50k and then turn around and sell it ourselves at a 100% profit. This is not what we do.
As a Brokerage it's our job to get top dollar for our clients for whatever they are selling and due to the fact that we are not resellers, you can expect the best effort to be made to ensure that if your item or property is worth a specific amount, we will get it for you.
